Tobe Sheldon

Tobe Sheldon is the Chief Marketing Officer of PrimeTech, where she leads brand strategy, go‑to‑market, and demand generation as the company scales its AI‑driven wall operating system. Bringing more than three decades of experience in technical storytelling, resilience planning, and business innovation, she focuses on positioning PrimeTech as a category‑creating platform that makes high‑performance wall systems simple to adopt for builders, developers, and manufacturing partners.

Before joining PrimeTech (formerly BamCore), Tobe built a diverse career at the intersection of science, craft, and entrepreneurship. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Geology and completing an internship with the U.S. Geological Survey, she pursued viticultural training in New Zealand and France. She then founded Sheldon Winery in 2003, running all facets of the business—from brand and customer experience to operations—until 2022, when she shifted her focus to the building industry.

At PrimeTech, Tobe draws on this blend of analytical training and entrepreneurial experience to lead data‑driven marketing, brand development, and cross‑functional collaboration. Her work centers on making PrimeTech’s wall‑first, distributed fabrication model clear, compelling, and actionable for the companies who are rethinking how homes and communities are built.
