David is the Chief Legal Officer for PrimeTech. In his role, David oversees all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for the Company. He has had a life-long interest in construction, building projects, and real estate and is enthusiastic about PrimeTech's mission of developing innovative, superior construction solutions to decarbonize the built environment.

David began his career as an attorney with a large New York City law firm working on corporate, securities, and M&A matters. He subsequently served in General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer roles for both Sotheby’s International Realty, a leading international real estate company, and ICAP, the world’s largest provider of brokerage services to the global banks. David brings significant experience in growth strategies, M&A, joint ventures, Intellectual Property, and international operations.

David earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Mathematics from Rutgers University.
