Tom is an accomplished leader with over forty years of experience in the forest products industry, holding multiple degrees including a BS in Mechanical Engineering, an MS in Industrial Engineering, and a BS in Forestry. He currently serves as the CEO and owner of Lewis & Clark Machinery Inc., a company specializing in plywood and sawmill equipment since its inception in 2004. Previously, Tom was the President of Tecton Laminates Corp., the world’s largest LVL facility until it was acquired by Louisiana Pacific. Under his leadership, Tecton Laminates Corp. achieved significant milestones in manufacturing and sales, managing an annual revenue of $60 million in engineered wood products. Tom has also held significant roles at Globe Machine Manufacturing and was a plywood business Manufacturing Manager for Louisiana Pacific, showcasing his extensive expertise in managing complex industrial operations within the sector.
